What does my team need to do?

You identify patients who could benefit and get their consent. Verbal consent is fine. We handle the follow-up calls, symptom tracking, patient registry, and time documentation.

How much physician time does it take?

You review recommendations from the weekly case review and update the plan when needed. You make every treatment decision.

Which insurance plans cover it?

Texas Medicaid, Medicare, and many commercial plans cover Collaborative Care. We'll help you confirm coverage for your payers.

Who are your care managers?

Qualified mental health staff who meet Texas Medicaid requirements, trained in Collaborative Care.

Is patient information protected?

Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement before we see any patient information, and we document in your EMR.
